Webform Embed Block

The Webform Component allows content editors to embed any existing form directly into a page. Editors can optionally include an Overline (small label above the form), a Title (main heading above the form), and a description to provide users with context or instructions. These fields display above the form and can be used to tailor the component to different audiences or use cases.

This component pulls the form from a reference list of existing forms in the system. Any structural updates made to the form itself (e.g., fields, recipients, validation) will reflect wherever the component is used.

Best used for:

• Contact forms

• Track inquiries

• License or membership applications

• Technical question forms

• Event registration forms

Tips:

• Use the Title for concise headings like “Register Now” or “Contact IHRA Support”

• Use the Description to clarify the purpose of the form or provide important deadlines and instructions
